I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Lollicup. The website isn?t as user friendly as it could be. Once you added an item to your shopping cart, there?s no way to go back to that category of product; to keep shopping, you have to go back to the main page and navigate through the website all over again. So, the website could use some improvement. That said, everything else is great! The merchant offers a lot of great products at great prices. Shipping fees are more than reasonable, and even with ground shipping I received everything within 2 days! It was packed securely and everything arrived as expected. I purchased Da Vinci Gourmet syrups. I returned to Lollicup because of their excellent prices. In addition, my past experience taught me that their shipping is top notch. The only minor problem was, Lollicup asked for both my shipping address and billing address. It caused some confusion since they were not clear as to how the product was going to be shipped. I receive mail at a post office box, but FedEx or UPS deliver to the street address.
