Being a deaf person, I usually have several extra steps and phone calls I have to make when ordering online to see that certain instructions are received for me to get my order. There was none of that at all here, it was great and personable, they're one of the very few sites I've shopped online with that give you space for special instructions when you order instead of going through 20 customer service reps to get the information to who needs it. I've been looking for some sugar free syrup in delicious flavors for a while. People had recommended a brand besides Da Vinci, that was made with SPLENDA, and I found it here on Lollicup. The syrup, (Torani) was on Lollicup in abundance, and the price was right. The shipping didn't kill me, and the bottles arrived quickly and in very protective casing. Im very pleased with the product, and hope to purchase more from them in the future. I ordered sugar-free coffee syrup from this merchant. After I placed it, I immediately received an email confirmation of my order. My order was shipped the same day even though I used standard ground--no frills. Upon shipment, I received another email from the merchant updating the order status as well as an email from the shipper (FedEx) containing a tracking number which allowed me to monitor the progress of the package along with an estimated delivery date. The day after placing my order, I received a follow-up thank you from the merchant.
My order arrived 6 days after I ordered it--right on FedEx estimated delivery date. (I should note that this package had to travel all the way from the west to the east coast (CA to eastern PA)--so that is probably a worst case scenario for delivery times.) The order was correct (I was concerned that I would end-up with regular syrup instead of sugar-free and/or the wrong flavors or missing items--this did not happen) and the glass bottles all survived the cross-country journey intact thanks to Lollicup's packaging. I noticed on the company website the free part of sugar-free is capitalized--I assume this is so both the customer and the company will select the correct version of the product.
As far as prices, the items themselves were priced the lowest I've ever found them anywhere else--including during sales and product discontinuation at other merchants. The shipping was a bit pricey--but within the normal range of other places I've ordered similar products from. I'd prefer a flat rate shipping, but that's my only suggestion.
