Q. What is the shelf life for your products?
A: The shelf life will vary for each product. It is determined by it's contents, packaging, and origin. Please submit your inquiry to info@lollicup.com and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 48 hours.

Q. Do I receive recipes from Lollicup along with the order? 
A: Some pre-made baskets will come with recipe and cooking instructions. Lollicup does not provide recipe information when you purchase raw materials.
 
Q. Do you have warranties for your equipment? 
A: Most of the equipment have standard manufacturer�s warranties. The Lollicup sealer machine warranty is 6-months (FOB our plant).

Q. What shipping methods are available? 
A: Orders can be shipped by air or ground service. In the event that orders exceed 150 lbs, we will arrange trucking service and provide quotes for customer�s review and confirmation prior to releasing the order.
