Shipment Issues



Missing Shipments: If a shipment has not been received within 72 hours past the ETA, please fill out the form below and specify that you have a missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and a solution will be provided within 3 business days.



Damaged Shipments: For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx or trucking) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. However, it is best to refuse the shipment from FedEx if you notice the package is damaged. Please fill out the form below and be prepared to describe and show damages of the shipment and products.



Damage shipment claims are subject to further investigation before any refund or replacement is granted. LollicupStore.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as frozen or broken bottles due to extreme weather conditions, etc.). Investigations may take up to 10 business days. LollicupStore.com will submit the claim to the carrier. Once the carrier verifies the damage, our team will contact you and either issue a replacement or credit to your account. Please allow 7-14 business days to process the replacement or credit.



LollicupStore.com will only cover FedEx Ground shipping costs for replacements. If your shipment requires other shipping options (expediated shipping, signature at delivery required, or any special delivery arrangements), additional charges may apply. Please view the "Processing, Shipping and Delivery" section of our Policies for more information.

Please read through the form carefully and fill out the form below in it's entirety. Once your claim has been successfully submitted in full, it can take up to 3 business days to process. Please note that if the form below is not accurately filled out with all required information, we will not be able to process your claim.

  • If you received a partial shipment, damaged shipment, or incorrect items, please specify all items that were received.
  • Please list all items that were missing due to missing shipment or incorrect item shipment. If items were damaged, please list all items damaged, where they were damaged, and if there was visible damage done to the box that items were shipped in.


  • If you received damaged or incorrect items, photos are required. For damages, please photograph all damages of the products and box including the shipping label. For incorrect shipments, please take a photo of all products received and all shipping labels. For missing shipments, if you received a partial order photos of the shipping labels from the packages received can help speed up your claims process.
